the views expressed in this blog represent the views of individual volunteers, which are clearly labeled, so don't try telling me it's confusing. the views of the peace corps, the united states government, and the ugandan government are probably different, since we're cooler than them. in the unlikely scenario that someone says something offensive, contact stoops and he'll flog the perpetrator with fresh tilapia. mmm ... fish.
